- openness and approachability in the LNMA vestibules, including gift shops, cafes, information
- the development of high quality art reproductions, gifts and souvenirs;
- a promotional and public relations programme
- the inclusion of strategic partners in the cooperation process, based on the mutual success of the LNMM brand image and promoting recognition/popularity
